An evening designed to help those already proficient in playing the guitar to learn how to do so in a worship setting. Led by Ben Snowdon, the workshop is designed to help you understand what’s involved and required if you ever decide to play the guitar in a worship band.
Every marriage is different, but all marriages experience ups and downs – there’s the romantic times when the sun seems to be always shining, and the tough times when winter seems to have set in for good.
We want to support you in your relationship whether you are newly married or have been married for years, and in the good times and the bad. This course will help you to build a strong, healthy marriage.
We welcome our good friends HOUSEFIRES back to the UK for their third tour with Big Church Live. There’s something about this incredible group of musicians that is inspiring and magnetic. Best known for their songs 'Good Good Father', ‘Build My Life’ and ‘Yes and Amen’, HOUSEFIRES bring a unique sound and an authentic heart of worship that you won't want to miss.
Please note that whilst Housefires play at the Riverside Centre, the event is managed by Big Church Live
Our first family together camp is an opportunity to set aside holiday time for God, allowing him to inspire, teach and encourage us forward in adventure and mission, both as linked individuals of all ages, and across our family of churches. We hope you are able to join us and to pray in faith for this special time.
Debra Green is a special friend and well-known to Synergy Leaders profoundly impacted by her teaching, and particularly by her ability to hear God and get the job done. A leader in Ivy Church Manchester and the Founder and and National Director of Redeeming our Communities (ROC), her influence nationally spreads well outside conventional Christian boundaries.
David Oliver is a “workplace prophet” and author of ‘Work Prison or Place of Destiny?’ and ‘Find your voice: developing the prophetic’. He’s part of the Salt & Light UK Team and the Sphere team for our friends in Basingstoke.
Christian Youth across the country are on the move, seemingly with life and influence as never before, and much individually encouraged by larger gatherings that embrace their culture in styles
of worship, and teaching that they find relevant and can receive.
Please pray, as we invest this future generation, that each individual will meet God personally in relationship, power, healing and anointing. Sky and Charlotte Chiweshe are heading up the team, bringing experience and testimony from leading in the team at New Wine’s Club One. Please pray for their continued anointing to this work and blessing as they gather their team.
Jesus said, “Let the children come to me”. Blessing our children with an event like this is a unique opportunity to meet with Jesus alongside many others – no-one is too young (or indeed too old)
to do this. We want to show them Jesus’ Love, His Kingdom and His Gifts, and to encourage them to grow in relationship and love for Him.
We hope and pray they will thoroughly enjoy their time with us, looking forward to meeting them, and blessing them beyond imagination. Pray for us as we prepare and gather the team.
Loads to do!
Starting with our welcome and Friday night style Brazilian barbecue and embedded right through the programme, we want to prioritise relationship
and fun as a family. Thus we shall allow plenty of time to socialise and play and intend a good programme of sporting and artistic opportunities.
We shall also be seeking volunteers to help make every aspect of the camp work. Please prayerfully consider if you can offer time.
Gathering the wider expression of leadership from across our Sphere of churches. All invited.
Together we will be drawn into greater kingdom effectiveness as we’re joined by our external speakers
Rikk Watts (Regents College, Vancouver),
