Why Pray

Prayer is a direct line to God where we can express our inner most gratitude, our fears and requests. 1 John 5:14-15 says, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of Him."

Prayer can take place at any time in any place and by any number of people. It is not restricted by ability, language or time availability. At CCD we believe in the power of prayer and hear regularly of the work that God is doing in our church.
