Journeys is a five week DVD-based course designed to deal with questions about the issues of spirituality.  The series is well made, by professional journalists and is filmed in a documentary-style that's accessible to anyone. The course is cringe-free and assumes nothing about the participants’ knowledge or understanding of spiritual issues. It starts with the question: "is there a spiritual side to me?" 

It's designed to be used in the home and each session starts with a 20 minute DVD followed by an open time of discussion.  Its that simple!
